Before persuing my MBA I worked with Silfix India Pvt Ltd( an Indo Canadian Joint Venture Company) as an Head Business Development ....Though I got few campus recruitment offers in Rajdoot Paints & Onida etc, I decided to continue with Silfix as it gave me exposure to learn the nuisances of running business. It aligned with my eventual dream and ambition was to become an Entrepreneur
In June 2002 I took an voluntary retirement from my Job Career, and started my own business venture by the name of M/S Lakshmi Embroiders Pvt. Ltd, working for Indian Exporters for their computerized embroidery needs.The company dealt with the brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Chico’s, Wal-Mart, Addidas, and Reebok etc through these Exporters. The company has a turnover of worth 2.00 crores and generating employment to 65 people.
Later in the year October 2012, I started another business venture by the name of Panacea Testing which provides Infrastructure Support to Online Examination process and assessment solutions to Educational Institutions, Government/Public Sector and Corporate.In just a short span of three years the company’s turnover has reached fromRs.28.5 Lacs in FY 2012-2013 to Rs.6.52 Cr in FY 2016-2017
In October 2016 I started with another Business venture by the name of Testpan India Pvt Ltd with stronger business identity and took forward Panacea Testing to another level of separate business identity. We are Startup Recognized company by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) by Govt. of India. We are listed at Startup India Show case portal and are also one of the 351 companies who have received Tax Holiday for 3 years under section 80IAC of the 60000 startup registered on Startup India Portal of Govt. of India. At the same time we are MSME approved an ISO 9001:20015 certified and CRISIL rated company. Testpan has assigned officially with almost all the top assessment companies of the country like Tata Consultancy Services(iON), Sify Technologies Ltd, Prometric, Pearson Vue, MeritTrac Services Pvt Ltd(Manipal Group), Eduquity, Aspiring Minds, Wheebox, Satvat Infosol, Pearson Vue, Aptech Ltd, Aon Co cubes, Ginger Webs, L & T and many more assessment companies of the county ,etc. We are the pioneer company in providing Infra support, proctoring and invigilation manpower, hardware, biometrics,frisking etc the services required for successful delivery of Online Exam across length and breadth of the country. In span of five years the company has been able to establish itself as brand as Infra provider with pool of 5, 00,000+ testing nodes across 2500 test venues & reach in 383 cities in India and in 13 international companies. Our futuristic E-Market place by the name of BookMyTestCenter CRM backed by Android App is already live on Google Play Store with 2583 Test centers live on same.

As a part of my Social Entrepreneurship, I am constitutional founder member of Bharti Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management Research New Delhi Alumni Association and got it registered in Registrar of Society and remained Alumni Association Vice President from 2000 till 2015 and actively took care of all alumni activities of the association/college. Under this not only in India at the base New Delhi, Patna & Mumbai Chapters, we have now our association chapters wings in London(United Kingdom),Sydney(Australia), Dubai, where every year we do our International Alumni Meet
Another achievement I had by conducting First Northern India Meet in New Delhi in Oct 2013 and July 2015 as well as in Dubai in 2016 for my Engineering College Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgavi, Karnataka and now I was also Vice President-North Zone GIT alumni association from 2014 to 2016.Started its chapter in New Delhi and Dubai. Presently the Advisor to the association and managing Student College Industry Interface for mutual benefits of College and student fraternity. Recently, arranged 4 days program in Goa and Belgaum in College campus in lieu of the Silver Jubilee of our Engineering batch in December 2018.

Rajesh has been invited as a speaker on my topics across various industries ad colleges. He has been motivational speaker; has spoken on industry practice and management as widely.
I was honored as Industry Expert member of Board of Studies (BOS) committee of AMITY BUSINESS SCHOOL (ASB), AMETY University, Noida Uttar Pradesh for updating the courses being taught at both UG and PG level in view of Industry 4.0 for the inputs. Also, currently I am also the member of Education Committee and Skill Committee in PHD chamber of Commerce
Lately, I am also heading another social enterprise “Startup Leadership Program” with the pool of 2800+ SLPians with presence in 14 countries and heading Delhi Cohort as “Program Leader” for 2021 batch
